Cinnamon Mound Cookies

           1 cup butter, softened
           1/2 cup brown sugar
           2 1/4 cup AP flour
           1/2 cup sugar
           1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

           Cream together butter and brown sugar until
           light and fluffy. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time.
           Roll dough into a cigar shaped logs, 1 inch in
           diameter. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
           Preheat oven to 350°.  Cut chilled logs into
           1/4 inch thick rounds.  Bake on a cookie sheet
           for 12 minutes. While baking, combine sugar
           and cinnamon.  After done baking, toss the
           cookies in the sugar mixture while warm.  Move
           to a cooling rack.
