Chicken Fried Rice

           2 tablespoon sesame oil
           2 tablespoon vegetable oil
           3/4 pound chicken, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
           1 cup peas and carrots blend, thawed
           2 cloves garlic, finely minced
           2 large eggs, beaten
           4 cups cooked rice
           3 tablespoons soy sauce
           1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
           salt and pepper to taste

           In a large skillet add oils and chicken and cook over medium
           heat until cooked through. Add vegetables to pan and
           cook for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
           Move chicken and vegies to one side of the pan; add beaten
           egg, cook until done. Add rice, soy sauce and toasted sesame
           oil, Stir all together, cook until heated through.
