5 bacon strips
32 ounces pork and beans
16 ounces butter beans, rinsed and drained
16 ounces kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Brown hamburger and bacon, drain. Add beans, combine rest of the ingredients and stir into bean mixture. Pour into greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until beans reach desired thickness.
