Red Beans and Rice

           32 ounces canned red beans
           1/4 cup water
           1/2 teaspoon onion powder
           1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
           3/4 teaspoon salt
           1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
           1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
           3 tablespoons bacon fat
           2 cups cooked rice

           In a sauce pan combine everything except rice.
           Over medium heat bring pan to a boil. Reduce
           heat to low. Using a potato masher partially
           mash beans, leave some beans whole. Simmer 
           beans for 15 minutes. To serve spoon beans in a 
           bowl; top with rice.
