Porcupine Casserole

          1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
          1 pound hamburger
          1 1/2 teaspoons salt
          1 teaspoon garlic powder
          1 teaspoon onion powder
          1 teaspoon pepper
          3 cups beef broth
          8 ounces tomato sauce
          1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
          1 tablespoon ketchup
          2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

          Preheat oven to 375°.
          Add rice to a 9x13 baking dish. In 
          a large skillet add beef, salt, powders
          and pepper. Brown meat until cooked
          through. Add broth, tomato sauce,
          Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
          Bring to a boil. Pour mixture over rice,
          stir to combine. Cover tightly with foil,
          and bake for 45 minutes. remove foil,
          and bake another 10 minutes.
