Korean Beef

           1/4 cup brown sugar
           1/4 cup soy sauce
           2 teaspoon sesame oil
           1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
           1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
           1 tablespoon olive oil
           3 garlic gloves, minced
           1 pound ground beef or sliced beef
           1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds
           Basmati Rice


           In a small bowl whisk together the 1st
           5 ingredients. In a large sauce pan heat
           oil over medium low heat add garlic. 
           Cook the garlic for 30 seconds; add beef
           and sauté until cooked through. Add sauce
           mixture to pan and cover and simmer for
           10 minutes. Serve over rice garnish with
           sesame seeds.
