Creamy Sausage Cheese Balls

           4 ounces breakfast sausage; uncooked
           4 ounces cream cheese; softened
           1 cup cheddar cheese
           1 cup Bisquik mix (see note)
           1 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

           Place everything in a mixing bowl and
           mix until combined. Roll mixture
           into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
           Bake in a 400° doe 20 minutes. Serve 
           with your favorite dipping sauce.







***Note: Use in place of Bisquik
Combine:
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon softened butter
