1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
fresh cheese curds
In a bowl combine egg, oil and milk; mix well.
Add flour, sugar, salt and powder;
mix until smooth.
Dip curds in batter. Deep fry in 375 degree oil.
