Crispy Chicken Wings

           1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
           1/2 teaspoon paprika
           1/2 teaspoon baking powder
           1/4 teaspoon white pepper
           1 tablespoon oil
           6-8 chicken wing pieces (thawed)

           Pat dry the chicken very well. Combine the
           first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. In a large
           bowl place chicken, oil and seasoning, mix 
           well. Preheat Air Fryer to 400°. Place chicken
           in fryer basket in a single layer. Fry for 11
           minutes, flip and fry an additional 11 minutes.
