Joan's Sour Cream Drop Cookies

           2 1/4 cup flour
           1/2 teaspoon baking soda
           1/2 teaspoon baking powder
           1/2 teaspoon salt
           1/2 cup shortening
           1 1/2 cup sugar
           2 eggs
           1 teaspoon vanilla
           1 cup sour cream

           Preheat oven to 375 degrees

           In a bowl combine flour, soda, powder and salt. In a
           mixer cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy,
           about 5 minutes. Add eggs 1 at a time, blending well
           after each. Into the mixer add vanilla, then alternate sour
           cream and the flour mixture mixing well after each addition.
           Place a ball dough onto a cookie sheet and sprinkle with
           cinnamon sugar. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
