14 ounces sauerkraut, drained
4 ounces cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces corned beef brisket, cut up
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low until heated thoroughly. Serve with crispy toast or crackers.
