2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk, warmed to 110°
1/4 cup water, warmed to 110°

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a bread loaf pan by coating it
with butter and sprinkling with cornmeal. Put yeast and sugar in mixer
bowl and add 1/4 milk and water, stir to combine, let it bloom for
10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly
combined. Using a dough hook knead for 10 minutes. Put dough into
prepared pan. Let rise for 45 minutes in a warm place.
Bake for 25 minutes.
